I wanted to create some custom handlebars. Narrow enough for riding in London commuter traffic, big angle for comfort on the wrists. Inspired from old Ace Bars I used have my RD250LC I came up with these.

Thanks for the post on the bars. I like how you figured out the fixturing for me. Going to make some this spring once it warms up in my unheated shop. I’m in North Dakota. Also may dabble with a truss fork.
Thanks James. Those are standard welding magnets which are 45 degrees thank fully. Clamped down tight everything stayed pretty still. I have the same heating issue although it’s not quite as cold in London as ND.
